TABOOLA PUBLISHER PAYMENTS

JAPAN

Welcome
to the
Taboola Payments Hub
JAPAN

We pay our Japanese partners via a direct bank transfer each month.
In order for us to process these payments, we will need your bank account details. You must ensure they are present when you issue invoices to Taboola.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Payment Schedule

We issue your first payment 45 days after the end of the month that you launched with Taboola. For example, if you launched on January 1st, payment would be issued 45 days after the end of the month—in this case March 15th. Similarly, if you launched on January 25th, your first payment would also be on March 15th.

We then pay every 30 days on the 15th of each month. In the above case, the next payment would be April 15th, and you would receive February’s revenue.

Please make a note of your launch date and scheduled first payment date.

Where invoices are required, these must be received on time in order to get paid. See details for Registered Companies.

INVOICING

Help with Invoices?

All publishers need to submit invoices in order to get paid. The invoice should include the following information for Taboola to process payment –

– Bank name
– Branch name
– Account name
– Account number
– Type of account (savings or checking)
– Amount to be paid (including consumption tax)
– Brief description (for example, period of service)

Invoice Timings

A digital copy of the invoice must be sent to our finance team. Let us know if you don’t know these email addresses.

Our finance department should receive the invoice before the end of the month in order to get paid the following month. For example, June’s invoice must be with Taboola by 31 July in order to get paid in August (for June revenue). If this arrives late, June revenue will be paid in the next payment cycle in September.

Invoices should be sent to the following email address – japan-AP@taboola.com

Currencies

All payments to Japanese publishers are made in JPY
